Ex-Kotak exec arrested in Rs 145 crore Panchkula fraud case

Enforcement Directorate arrested a former Kotak Mahindra Bank executive. He is accused of masterminding a ₹145-crore fraud. Panchkula municipal corporation officials, bank employees, and private individuals allegedly conspired. Government funds were siphoned off. The executive was sent to ED custody. The case stems from an FIR by the Anti-Corruption Bureau.
