Nagpur land row: MADC in Supreme Court over HC order to return ₹10.29 crore to Wipro

Maharashtra Airport Development Co has moved the Supreme Court. It challenges a Bombay High Court order. The court directed MADC to refund Wipro ₹10.29 crore. This was an advance payment for land in Nagpur. MADC had cancelled the land lease and kept the advance. The High Court ruled this was unjust enrichment.
