Rajnath Singh to open Tata Defence Plant in Morocco

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will visit Morocco from September 22-23. He will inaugurate Tata Advanced Systems' new armoured vehicle production facility. The facility is located in Berrechid. It will manufacture the Wheeled Armoured Platform 8x8. This marks the first Indian defence plant in Africa. Officials call it a milestone under Aatmanirbhar Bharat.
