SC to hear clutch of PILs on ECI’s special electoral roll revision in Bihar

The Supreme Court has agreed to hear petitions challenging the Election Commission of India's decision to conduct a Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls in Bihar before the upcoming assembly elections. Lawyers argue that voters risk deletion from rolls if they fail to submit forms with required documents, even with long voting history.
