Russia detains Uzbek man over Kirillov killing

Russian authorities reported the detention of an Uzbek national who confessed to assassinating General Igor Kirillov, chief of Russia's Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Protection Troops, in Moscow on Tuesday. The suspect claimed to have acted under the direction of Ukraine's SBU security service, planting a bomb in an electric scooter.
