Lok Sabha results mark independence from communal politics: Akhilesh Yadav

During the Lok Sabha debate on the President's address, Senior Opposition MPs accused PM Narendra Modi and BJP of polarisation in the general elections, celebrating their enhanced tally as a rejection of BJP's politics and government's "vindictive politics". Akhilesh Yadav declared the elections marked freedom from communal politics and a victory for positive politics. Congress MP KC Venugopal criticized PM Modi for communal speeches and violating constitutional norms.
