SRH qualifies for IPL playoff after rain washes out match against GT

Sunrisers Hyderabad secured a spot in the IPL playoffs after their match against Gujarat Titans was washed out due to rain. With this, they join Kolkata Knight Riders and Rajasthan Royals in the playoffs. Sunrisers received one point, bringing their tally to 15 points with one match left. Gujarat Titans, last year's runners-up, were eliminated from the playoff race, finishing with 12 points. The toss didn't happen due to rain, and despite efforts, the match had to be abandoned.
