Five years after the 2019 Pulwama attack, key conspirators, including Jaish-e-Mohammad chief Maulana Masood Azhar, remain at large while Pakistan has not responded to India's letter rogatory. The attack, orchestrated by Pakistan-sponsored terrorists, resulted in the deaths of 40 CRPF personnel.
