Russians, Belarusians to participate at Paris Olympics as neutrals: IOC

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has allowed Russians and Belarusians to compete in the Paris 2024 Olympics as neutrals without flags, emblems, or anthems. This decision follows Russia's initial ban on international competition following the invasion of Ukraine last year. The IOC has since recommended that international sports federations allow Russian and Belarusian competitors to return to most events.
