Is Hezbollah heading towards open conflict with Israel?

Cross-border exchanges between Israel and Hezbollah have been increasing as Israel fights Hamas in Gaza. However, it is unclear if Hezbollah really wants to enter into open conflict with Israel. Hezbollah supports Hamas because they share a common opposition to Israel. Hezbollah is Lebanon's most influential political and military group, with a strong arsenal of guided missiles.
