Born Jacklyn Smith, Oh traveled from Georgia to Florida for a "gluteal augmentation" surgery on May 30, as detailed in the report by the Miami-Dade County Medical Examiner. Following the surgery, she was prescribed ciprofloxacin, oxycodone, and ondansetron—an antibiotic, painkiller, and anti-nausea medication, respectively.
