Manipur assembly session in August 2nd or 3rd week, says state health minister

Manipur health minister Sapam Ranjan Singh has said that the state cabinet has decided to convene an assembly session either in the second or third week of August. On Wednesday, the Opposition Congress in Manipur had urged governor Anusuiya Uikey to convene a special session of the assembly to discuss the situation.
