IndusInd gets nod to withdraw ZEE insolvency process plea

The Mumbai bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has now posted the matter about the approval of the merger between Zee Entertainment and Sony Group's subsidiary for April 13, 2023. Earlier on Wednesday, ZEE and IndusInd Bank informed the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) that the two companies had reached a settlement in relation to their payment dispute, paving the way for the Sony deal.
