India is a multi-decade growth opportunity, says Bain’s Parijat Ghosh

The firm started operations in India in 2006 and currently has about 60 partners and more than 1,000 consultants. Apart from them, it employs 2,000 people at its global capability centre in Gurgaon that provides back-office services to Bain’s global operations.
