US Treasury Secretary Yellen seeks more financial support for Ukraine

She noted that though there were significant headwinds, the global economy was in a better place now than many had predicted just a few months ago, and the outlook had improved. She also stressed the need for countries to work together to ease the debt overhang that was holding back too many of them.
