CBI court remands Anubrata Mondal to 14-day judicial custody in cattle smuggling case

Mondal was sent to Asansol jail in the evening following the verdict. He has been reportedly kept in an isolation cell of the prison following Covid Rapid Antigen test in the prison. The court has allowed the Central Bureau of Investigations (CBI) to interrogate Mondal during jail custody.
