Supreme Court frowns upon High Courts' irrelevant observations, orders during bail

A bench of Justices AM Khanwilkar and JB Pardiwala, however, retained other conditions for grant of bail while ordering immediate unsealing of the said property. The bench said that it was disturbed with the 'new trend' of HCs referring to matters unrelated to consideration of bail.
