SC order on Vikas Dubey vindicates UP Police stance, says ADG

Reacting to the SC’s closing of all PILs seeking independent probe in his encounter, additional director general of police (law and order) Prashant Kumar also said the top court has “vindicated” the UP police’s stand that Dubey’s encounter was not an extra judicial killing.
