Rajnath Singh, Smriti Irani in attend Kargil Vijay Diwas events in J&K today

The BJP officials informe that 700 bikers are likely to participate in what they called first ever 'Tiranga Bikers rally.' The bikers are scheduled to reach Kargil on July 26. Several BJP leaders would be present on the occassion.
