A former CIA analyst who has also worked in the State Department’s Counter-terrorism department — has claimed in a recent interview with US-based UNZ.com that, “within the first 24 hours of the Russian military operation in Ukraine, all Ukrainian Ground Radar Intercept capabilities were wiped out. Without those radars, the Ukrainian Air Force lost its ability to do air to air intercept…”
