Need to be tougher on influx from Myanmar: Manipur CM

"Inner line permit (ILP) will protect the indigenous people of Manipur. Manipur is a tiny state with a population of hardly 3 million and indigenous people are around 2-2.5 million. This needs to be preserved," Singh told ET on Thursday.
