Calcutta HC takes suo motu cognizance of Anish Khan's alleged murder

At the same time, chief minister Mamata Banerjee has ordered the formation of a Special Investigation Team (SIT) under Chief Secretary HK Dwivedi to monitor the investigation. Khan's family, however, has demanded a CBI probe into his death.
