Congress ducks Twitter reply to Rahul Gandhi, targets Centre

After the Twitter responded to Gandhi on Thursday - a day after international media reported about Gandhi's month-old letter to Twitter chief Parag Aggarwal - to refute the Congress leader's charge and said that the company has 'zero-tolerance to manipulation and spam', AICC did not make a detailed response.
